TDC Training and Development has over 25 years experience within vocational training. Throughout this time TDC has and continues to provide specialist teaching staff to Universities and Colleges. TDC reviews and updates its training through discussions with employers and so seeks to constantly match the training and qualification to the job market.
The Training Staff
Your training will be conducted by qualified teaching staff that will ensure that you reach the highest standard of competence in each of the taught elements. The training staff will, together with your allocated buddy student ensure that you also receive ongoing support in you new career.
Qualification obtained
Our long standing association with the
National Open College Network and The City & Guilds who provide
our awards and certification ensures our student’s success. Potential
employer’s instantly recognising the value of certification obtained
through these long standing educational awarding bodies. TDC works within
the national framework (QCF) of credit achievement relevant to the needs
of the employer at local and national level.
Independent Moderation
The TDC training programme is independently assessed by outside agency’s ensuring total transparency of the quality of the award.
Ongoing Support
TDC provide continuous support through a unique buddy system for 12 months. The buddy system matches the newly qualified student with a past TDC working student who offers additional support to the newly qualified investigator / researcher.

David and Colin attended a course which made promises of guaranteed employment.
However, on completion they found themselves with a non - recognised certificate
in accident investigation issued by the training school and as far as
guaranteed work is concerned, David and John now advise everyone to read
the small print.
