The course is divided into three teaching elements/stages and a final examination
The course is normally spread over a 6 to 8 week period. With additional home study time required to complete the Level Four assignment.
You will be required to attend the training school for a total of 10 days spread over the 6 to 8 week period. This is made up of a 5 day visit followed by 2 day session and then the final stage of 3 days working within the accident investigation office settings.

The intervals between stages of the training programme are required in order that each student can (a) complete set course work, (b) write up reports on actual visits to accident sites and (c) complete set reading material.
