Acceptance onto the course



Stage one Monday to Friday
Conducted over a 5 day period - Criminal and Civil Investigation procedure  - Dealing with fraudulent claims - Practical training sessions - Document sign up procedure (Law Firms - Statement taking - Final reports) The investigators standard equipment - See course Summary.



Home study period
Here you will be writing up reports on the actual accident sites visited during stage One. Sample reports are issued on day One of the course to ensure you can complete this task.



Stage two – Accident Investigation in the workplace – Slip and Trip types accidents- Law Firms paperwork Research – investigation and Tracing witnesses – Processing Personal Injury Claims – Issue of working manual to all TDC students (Level 2)
Stage Three is completed over a two day Period (see Course Summary). Many of the skills you will have learnt on earlier stages will be used in this stage of your learning.



Investigation – research both criminal and civil home study exercise period making full use of students manual
Here you will be writing up your Research project and completing Health and Safety set investigation exercises



Stage three - practical investigation experience under supervision – multiple choice test on taught topics – work opportunities / introduction procedure (Level 3)
This stage of your training is conducted over a three day period (see Course Summary). Here you will be completing set practical training exercises



Level 4
Completion of supervised assignment - Level 4 award

TDC reserve the right to change any part(s) of its training courses if it is felt by the training staff that the change is in the interest of the student(s) without incurring any additional cost to the course fees. Any changes are made at the sole discretion of the TDC training staff. On all courses students must reach an acceptable standard before progressing to the next stage and /or being put forward for examination/award.
